I love the word course because it describes a process with a beginning and an end; a healthy acknowledgement of natural cycles. Then, there is the exploratory nature and power of your commitment to a Course, this is best described as a Journey since it forms part of your Journey through life.

I offer group courses and 1-2-1. There are advantages to both.
ONE TO ONE
Some people wish to work with me confidentially – often this is because of their role in the Business world, or because they are moving through times that require a different pace, setting and simply want privacy. Perhaps timing is a factor and you dont wish to wait until the next group course begins.
GROUP
If you would love to broaden your connections with likeminded souls while not announcing it to every man and his dog, my group courses are ideal. The dynamics that form in my groups are warm, welcoming, broad-minded and hugely supportive. Think of us all cheering you on and you’ve got the group vibe here, there is often much needed lightness and humour although we do deal with deep rooted feelings; people often find that by connecting with others they move through their realisations, patterns and challenges with comfort and support.
Group rules are always the same. Matters discussed in the group are not for discussion outside the group, and people must not assume that group members wish to be contacted beyond the sessions. Ask people first!
