Purely Reiki is you-time. Coming back to your equilibrium in busy times, to support emotional, mental, physical ailments or practical life matters. A natural way to help you access your soul’s calm and a wonderful reminder of the mind, body and soulful benefits of relaxation.
Reiki is channeled to you from head to toe during this hour-long treatment. You will be entering into a relaxed state while I receive guidance as to where to focus the Reiki energy throughout the energy centres in your body. The experience can be anything from relaxing and tranquil to transformative and deeply cleansing. Emotions and tensions are often eased through Reiki, I liken it to going into an emotional and physical detox programme, but without the juicing and calorie counting. Reiki is set in motion and will continue to work to your highest good beyond our session, helping your physical, emotional and spiritual body release and align.
Reiki can be used at specific times in your life or as regular maintenance towards balance and wellbeing.

This soulful session is an ideal introduction to intuitive Reiki healing and soulful Guidance, a terrific energetic spring clean, or an ideal space to explore personal life events past or present.
Clients experience this safe and private space as their down-time, to put their cards on the table and take stock of how they truly feel in day to day life. It can be emotional, illuminating and all else in between. This is your space, your time.
We begin the session with Reiki, followed by a collaborative discussion around anything that is showing up in your life at this time. As an intuitive healer I often draw from shamanic, angelic and spiritual realms to guide you.
You leave the appointment with wellbeing tips, guidance and an intuitively selected organic aromatherapy oil blend.
Following the appointment try to allow extra time for yourself so you are not dashing off to the next thing in your diary.

Challenging Times + Serious Conditions
Reiki is a complimentary therapy. It is an excellent adjunct to medical and other professional care. If you have a serious condition and wish to receive intensive Reiki, urgently or over longer periods, please speak to me about location, distant healing and special rates.
Intensive or longer-term hospital or hospice attendance rates are available. Ward and hospice supervisor permission must be given.

Online: If you are local to Harrogate and on a course, it may be possible to meet in person for some Business Alchemy Sessions and Reiki healing. Due to necessary COVID restrictions this is on a case by case basis.
